      I was pleasantly surprised that the exercise programs were within my ability to perform them but still challenging enough to raise my heart rate. The exercises are also adjustable according to your ability and physical condition. I recommend this program for seniors who want to move easily and carefully while sitting for most of the time. It would be fun to do with a small group of friends following CDC guidelines forCovid 19.
