    Great workouts

    Really enjoy the workouts . Great to start if you have not exercised in awhile. Fun and easy to follow.

    What I have needed!

    Due to arthritis in knees I quit exercising a long time ago. When I saw this advertised, I decided to try it. I love it! Feels so good to be doing something good for my body again. Only found like one or two that was hard cause of my really bad knee. But I can do the rest!! Thank you for a good product!

    So far I have only used the first video. I really liked it. Some of leg lifts were a little hard, but with doing it every day I am sure it will get easier. He is a great coach.
