      Love this exercise program

      I really like sitting in a chair to do this exercise program. I have been working out with the Foundation exercises and like the whole exercise routine from warm-up to relaxation. I will start using the cardio video soon.

      Getting Back to Exercise

      I am enjoying the beginning DVD. My daughter and I are exercising together. I have one suggestion. Since the DVD is focused on seniors, I find that it would be better if the change from one movement to another gives more time to switch. I am 83 years old and cannot always switch as quickly as being demonstrated.
