It has been a while since my sister and I have been on an exercise program. This week, we started with the introduction segment. We are going to try the cardio next week. We exercise just three days a week right now. We are going to work up to more days over time. We enjoy the program very much. It's easy enough for us and has the potential of doing great things for us.
