      Great starter pack!

      Being 62 years old and a couch potato for the last several years, this was a great beginner exercise routine to get me off the couch and moving again without hurting myself. I recommend it to everyone who needs a big boost to get active again.

      I bought the starter dvd and the balance dvd and I am loving both of them. I’m almost 80 years old and I’m having no problems keeping up with the exercises.

      Perfect for me

      I wanted exercises I could do at home because I have never been a “gym” person. Some of the other dvds are just too strenuous for me.
