      I am giving this five stars because I already have reduced hip pain. I can’t get down on the floor so I appreciate the fact that this is a chair DVD. I do have to open the DVD drawer and wiggle it every time I start it because it says disc error. Other than that, I am completely happy.

      I liked this so much, I bought two copies.

      I love this CD. It is easy to use and gets results. I liked it so much, I bought a second copy to keep at my vacation home. It only takes half an hour to do. I had to reduce my blood sugar count and it was recommended I do exercise after dinner. This CD fit the bill. Quick and easy to use, it's a winner.
