If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept online returns within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Returns initiated after the 60-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. At this time, we are unable to process returns for orders shipped to CALIFORNIA due to state-specific regulations.

If your order was received with missing or damaged items, please continue to our return portal. For additional questions or concerns, you can email us at support@growyoungshop.com and specify the exact issue, attach necessary photos, and we will replace the item(s) accordingly.


EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This section applies to eligible customers located in the European Union. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, European customers have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to eligible items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

How do I submit a return or exchange request?

As a reminder, our policy states we can only accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date so please ensure your order is within this window.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S.

Where should I send my returns?

After you submit your return in our return portal, you will receive a return label and instructions on where to drop off your return. PLEASE only ship it to the return address that we provide and not to the address on your original package or your return will not be received.

Do you accept returns outside of the US?

Unfortunately, we only offer return labels for US orders.

I've received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We take pride in the quality of our products and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right.
