We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We may ask you to return your defective product. If this is the case, we will provide a return address at the time of communication.
If you send a product back without confirming with firstname.lastname@example.org about a defective product approval, a refund will not be issued. Sending your product in is not a guarantee of refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping is at your cost and decision.
We do not accept returns. We will only replace an item for the same item. However, if you do receive an agreed upon refund, the cost of shipping & handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Cost of shipping and handling depends on the product in which you purchased.

If the product does not agree with you, we will not issue a refund.
