Nice to Break the Fast
I've been using Breakfast Replacement - Max Weight Loss Shake for several years in my breakfast smoothie, with added blueberries, spinach and banana and milk/yogurt/water. It tastes good and I stick with it because I know it's healthy. I must admit that I'm not sure how the name "Max Weight Loss" fits it, but that's OK. :)

This breakfast shake is the best I have ever had! It keeps me full until lunch and if I don’t feel like cooking supper I’ll make one for my dinner! Just add almond milk yogurt ice and fruit and you have a full meal that doesn’t raise your blood sugar!

I love the chocolate breakfast replacement! I rarely eat meat so need my protein. I combine it chocolate collagen for a double chocolate treat! Don’t know what I’d do without it. It’s delicious.
