How do I apply a DISCOUNT CODE?
On the first page of the checkout process you will find a section that says, “Discount code”. Enter your discount code and click the “Apply” button. If your discount code does not successfully apply you may have typed it incorrectly. Be sure each character is entered. If you have questions or forgot to use your discount code, send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com

Do the DVDs contain CLOSED CAPTIONS / SUBTITLES?
Yes. There is a selection on the main menu of the DVD to turn on closed captions / subtitles.

My DVD does NOT play on my computer. What should I do?
1st: Download "VLC Media Player" to your computer, for free, on this page here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
2nd: If your DVD still does not play successfully after the download, check that other DVDs do, indeed, play on your computer.
3rd: Send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com if you think the DVD you received is damaged or defective. -
Are your supplements made in the USA?
Yes! Proudly made, packaged, and shipped from the USA.

Do you offer sample sizes of the supplements?
No. We currently do not have sample sizes of any of the supplements.

I did not receive a Confirmation Email after my purchase. What should I do?
The most common reasons for this issue are that your email was misspelled during checkout, the email confirmation is in your spam/junk folder, or you did not successfully place your order.
1st: Check your spam or junk folder in your email.
2nd: If you still have not found your confirmation email, please send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com so we can help resolve this. -
There was a mistake on my order. How do I correct it?
Send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com informing us of what needs to be corrected.

How do I cancel my order?
Send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com as soon as possible so we can cancel your order before it is fulfilled for shipping.
Shipping and Returns

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a ”track my order" button. If you did not receive an email, your order may have not yet shipped or you may need to check your spam/junk folder. Send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com if you have any concerns with your order.

How long does shipping take?
Orders placed after 11am CST are fulfilled next business day (Monday - Friday) Once the order is fulfilled, shipping takes 3-7 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on weather and other external factors. Utilize your package’s tracking number to stay up-to-date on the shipping of your product.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, as long as the product is unopened and it is within 30 days from the date you purchased the product. Please send us an email at shop@growyoungfitness.com notifying us of your return request. If it has passed 30 days we will work with you on possible solutions.

What if the product I received is damaged or defective?
Send an email to shop@growyoungfitness.com notifying us of the issue.
