- Seated March 1 (15:36 min)
- Seated March 2 (19:32 min)
- Seated March 3 (24:05 min)
- Standing March 1 (14:05 min)
- Standing March 2 (18:01 min)
- Standing March 3 (23:01 min)
Instructions: Workout 2-6 times a week. Do 1-2 workouts each time you exercise. Once you complete all workouts, repeat for continued results! (best paired with the Cardio Weight Loss workouts.)
I am well pleased although I have not gone through the entire disk. It is just what I was looking for. Until a couple of years ago, I walked for thirty minutes outside most every day. For some reason, I decided to sub the air dyne inside. Maybe it was too cold or too hot , any excuse will work if you are looking for one is what I always told my children. Cycling is not as good as walking and I needed this to get back .As I progress thru this, I know I can return to my every day walk. I have enjoyed all of my exercises from GrowYoung fitness and I feel they work very well, one just has to stay with it. The CDs seem to work better for me, but everyone is different. I am really impressedwith the approach for older individuals. I have always been active and a believer in physical fitness for all.

I do one standing and one sitting routine daily. I will start to alternate with foundation tape. Love all of Deron’s videos.

I ordered this DVD and I am so glad I purchased it! Even though the exercises are about 15 minutes or less, I worked up a "good" sweat the first time. I do the exercises 3x a week and there are 3 standing and 3 sitting exercise routines. Very doable. I am so happy with my purchase of 3 other DVD's, alternating them Mondays -Fridays. I am keeping it moving!!

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
