Love all the videos. Each are slightly different and fun to do. So glad I decided to get them. Was going to gym for Zumba and SilverSneakers but I like these dvds better than silver sneakers. Feel I get a better workout. Love how everything is explained and what muscles atr involved and where you should feel the stretch if doing correctly.
The Foundation DVDs are great. It’s wonderful to see and feel results while doing the majority of the workouts from a chair. I am getting stronger and my balance is improving. I highly recommend this program
