My overall experience is wonderful. I haven't gotten any injuries from doing them. I feel I can trust Deron because he has gone to school and earned his degree, and can safely teach seniors how to exercise correctly. I am a fan.

It's been great! I've gotten some of my movement back since I started using this dvd. I use it 3 times a week and I can now raise my arms above my head, which I haven't been able to do for about 1 year. Well worth the purchase

I own 2 DVDs: Strength and Core. I do one of the core workouts every day; and add the strength every other day. Love these workouts! I'm looking for one to add to the core workouts on the day that I don't add the strength one...considering Yoga. What do you recommend? My doctor recommends that I only use weights every other day.
That is great, Katherine! I would recommend either the CHAIR YOGA or one of the THERAPY SERIES for days you are sore and need relief! Keep it moving! :)
