2 Disc Pack Foundation
I am finding this to be very helpful and use it daily with Core Or Walking Discs. I like learning new ways of doing exercises that are helping me with my core and balance greatly. I especially like the way Deron identifies the various muscles that are being worked on.
I really love how much more moveable I feel after doing he workouts. The second DVD was more fun because of the different exercises that were included. I am very happy with this purchase.
