Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.

Extremely pleased with the balance DVD. The morning and night stretches are really helpful and I am much more energized to start the day. Realized I have a serious balance problem and this came along at precisely the right time. Easy to follow. Really appreciate not having to get down on the floor as that is extremely difficult for me. Plan to really put some serious effort into this routine.
I am 76 and want to stay agile and mobile going forward. I like the two stretch routines and have done two of the balance workouts. All get me using muscles I might not normally use in daily activities. Yes some are painful, but I persevere.
