Easy to do...just my timing, easy to follow and great teacher
I love these DVD’s. We live out in the country and wi fi reception is not always the best so these are perfect for us when we need them. Also they will be good when traveling.
My experience has been difficult because I have so much pain but I am determined to continue hoping the pain will eventually dimish. I am 83 and I have to stay in good health so that my husband and I can remain independent. I have the core, cardio and balance routines which I try to do at least 3 times a week. I have only been using them a couple of weeks so don't see any change yet. They are excellent for people my age, and the instructor is easy to follow and very encouraging.
I have the Starter Pack and the Balance Chapter One workout programs. Love them both. I am 71, and there are finally programs for seniors to get into shape that do not go to the extreme. I thank you for these and appreciate the concern for seniors. I could not end this review without saying some nice things about Deron Buboltz.
