Senior Exercises and diet
I found the DVD helpful. Many of these exercises I have done off and on and needed a refresher. Many of them are a lot easier than what I have done in the past. A good refresher. I have been working with a chiropractor for several years and also take supplements and have been well educated on irradicating inflammation through a good diet. Can't say I am very good at it but still trying.

I have bought 3 CD video packages. I'm 84 and I've been using these videos for the past few months. In my opinion these videos are easy to follow. Since I've been exercising with these videos I've gotten stronger and have much better balance.
