I have really been struggling with this Better Balance DVD but I guess that is why I go it. The major problem is with me as I have sever scoliosis, which makes my left hip higher than my right resulting in my left leg “being shorter” than my right, and spinal stenosis in my lower back along with bilateral knee replacement. Therefore, I have had to make modifications along the way but I am slowly getting stronger and able to balance longer, especially on my left leg. My pet peeve is that there are 7 workouts on this DVD and it doesn’t correspond with the Foundation DVD which has 6 so there is always an extra workout floating around! But If I can do this DVD, anyone can and benefit. I highly encourage you to try it.

I ordered this DVD for my husband and me. We are 67 years old and realize the importance of working on and maintaining balance to prevent falling as we age. The DVD offers exercises that do just that. And because you can use a chair (optional) it is good for any age group.
