- Boxing Workout 1 (21:40 min)
- Boxing Workout 2 (22:16 min)
- Boxing Workout 3 (22:25 min)
- Boxing Workout 4 (21:06 min)
- Boxing Workout 5 (21:55 min)
- Boxing Workout 6 (23:20 min)
Instructions: Workout 2-6 times a week. Do 1-2 workouts each time you exercise. Once you complete all workouts, repeat for continued results! (best paired with the walking workouts.)
Great SEATED workout!
Love this new program, uses both arms and legs. Really uses the brain as well as you have to concentrate on the sequences. Although a little shorter really gets the heart rate up!
Chair Boxing is wonderful!
I love doing the Chair Boxing workouts, even though I don’t do them every day (because I also have Core and Knee and some other things.) The Chair Boxing leaves me feeling exhilarated. Thank you for a wonderful set of workouts.
Great as a stand-alone or part of another workout
A great addition to our growing collection. We use it as a 2nd workout with a core or cardio disk. Also good on its own depending on your schedule.

Meet Your Instructor
Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
