Love the pace and thoroughness of each workout. While I’m not using it to lose weight...I am. The cardio aspect and the core strength exercises are my goals. Also love the chair Yoga disc as well. Usually go for an hour each morning using a mix of workouts and feeling great.

He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
