I have been using your fitness DVD for over a year, love it. I love the strength DVD also but my first copy had a flaw, could only use the first three sessions. That is why I perched the new strength DVD, I wanted to be able to do all the sessions. These are much need for seniors, most workouts are not for seniors, too fast, too intense, too hard. At first I thought they were too low keyed, but you can get a very good workout, I just change it up a bit, do some of the sessions on my power plate, intensify the work out for my level of competience. I 80 and want to make it to90 and beyond.

Powerful strength training in manageable segments. Having taken multiple in-person exercise classes for several decades which included strength training, I can tell that Deron knows his stuff. Deron presents all of his exercises in an accessible way for seniors, and pre-seniors. Not too much in one segment, yet still enough of a challenge. In less than a week of exercising with Deron's videos, I can already feel a physical difference. Well done. Highly recommended

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
