I began with the starter program and loved it so much I joined the yearly program. The exercises are easy to follow along with and I like that they are all sitting or standing up which I can do! I also like that Deron explains while exercising the in's and out's of what we are doing and why. This program is the best I've ever seen and really targets how to get healthier, build muscle, along with improving our balance. After two total hip replacements and two knee replacements and lots of other surgeries...I'm finding less pain in my neck, back and hips since I began a couple of month ago. I also want to mention I look forward to exercising because Deron is positive and upbeat and he makes it fun and educates us too!

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
