It's great to be doing the different exercises the cardio the weight loss core the balance all of it but to be able to do it from your own home is a plus. I am not a wealthy person but I am glad that I put the money on these DVDs, thank you

These exercises are really great, they are truly geared for older people, so they make you move without hurting. Can be used sitting or standing. Looking forward to being much more mobile.
