Contributes nicely to my overall well being, strength and conditioning along with all the other Grow Young Fitness videos available. Deron does a really great job of taking us through the Chair Yoga sessions.

The DVDs seem easy but use all muscle groups and I feel positive for having exercised. I bought the entire bundle. The young man leading the exercise is positive and encouraging. I have recommended these DVDs to many and have gifted a friend.

I'd subtitle this "gentle Chair Yoga for balance, flexibility, stretching and range of motion. If you are looking for a Chair Yoga program that adapts poses such as the various warrior poses, triangle, other standing or sitting poses, or flowing movements such as sun salutations, this isn't the program for you. However if you are new to exercise or recovering from a long period of inactivity, this program is slow and gentle to increase you balance, flexibility and range of motion. Each chapter builds on the previous chapter to increase your physical activity level. Practice each chapter until you feel comfortable before moving on to the next chapter.

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
