    I put this in my coffee every mourning.It is filling and it is helping my finger nails. They are stronger and break less often. I also add Hazelnut flavoring. In the morning I have Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee.

    I have been adding this to my morning coffee for several years along with some dry milk added. I sip on it throughout the morning adding a touch more coffee.
