Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.

Another Good One!!

I am the Fitness Director at a retirement community and my residents range in age from the late 70's to the late 90's. They love that these DVD's can be done from a chair!! They want to improve their strength and this DVD hits the mark for them!!

More Strenuous than others

Wow! This one is really a workout for me. Had to take a break half way through the first time but I'm getting there. Really love it. It's tough but I can do it. The only one I really have a ton of trouble with is BALANCE! Ugh! I have none.
