Ladies don’t sweat.
Speedy Strength Session. I the Weight Loss Jump Start dvd and can do most of those exercises (had polio as toddler and one ankle surgically fused, so have to make a few adjustments). So decided need strength as harder to get off ground if pulling weeds, etc. Only did first Strength session but sat as had been busy all day and did yard work and it was evening. May have to sit for some of the others as well as pace was quite fast. Also prefer not to get perspirey. Thank you Deron for these exercises so we oldies can’t keep on moving.
More of a work out than expected
I have only done the first class but was surprised it was harder than I expected it to be. Hopefully I will do better with the rest. I do core one day and strength the next.
Saving my life.
I am 65 years old.. I am diabetic. I need a knee replacement. I have been bedridden most of the year. Then I found these dvds. They are gentle enough that I can actually do them. They are challenging enough that I feel myself growing stronger. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time. Trust Deron. He can change your life. He is certainly changing mine.
How hard you work is up to you
This one really pushes me as you workout with weights and it is up to me how much weight I use. Length of time on each routine is just about right for me due to my age. Great satisfaction for a good workout well done when it’s over, can’t ask for more than that.

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
