      Another great DVD to push improved strength

      Have 5 DVDs and felt I was finally ready for a challenge. I do have to modify this DVD as it is mostly standing and I can only do exercises fully seated. Still find it challenging. Have been so happy to have found these DVDs as they have helped me get back to exercising after several surgeries and accidents. Thank you!

      Strength DVD is challenging but good!

      I recently ordered the Strength DVD and the Yoga DVD. My husband and I do the exercises together. The exercises are quite challenging for me because i haven't done much weight training and i have a slight shoulder issue. Sometimes Devon's pace is a little too fast so I just go at my own pace. So far we are enjoying all the videos we've ordered, including the Starter Pack. We are feeling more balanced, stronger and flexible. Overall very good exercises except for sometimes the pace is a bit too fast. Thank you, Devon!

      I am very much enjoying the Strength DVD. It's really challenging, and that is what I have missed the most about going to the gym. I look forward to acquiring, over time, additional DVDs. Derron does a great job!
