Because Eating Better Should Still Feel Enjoyable.
Cravings happen. Busy days happen. And sometimes you simply want something sweet between meals. The problem is that so many convenient snacks can make it harder to stay consistent with the healthy habits you are working toward.
I wanted something simple that I could reach for without overthinking it. Something that tasted like a treat, helped satisfy that afternoon or evening craving, and could still fit into a more mindful daily routine.
But just like everything we create at Grow Young, this was never only about one snack. I think about my parents, my grandparents, my wife, my children, and our entire Grow Young community. Healthy living should be something you can actually enjoy and continue doing for years, not something that feels restrictive every single day.
That is why we created Every Day Delights Protein Snack Bars. Each individually portioned bar gives you 6 grams of protein with only 120 calories and no sugar added, making it easier to enjoy something sweet while still staying focused on your everyday goals.
I wanted a snack that felt like a little treat, but still made it easier to feel good about the choices I was making each day.

I like them.
I like that it is not so sweet tasting, the chocolate flavor is not so strong.

Amazing Treat
This is a very interesting product that tastes not too sweet with a bit of chocolate and dates in it. I quite like it but may I make a little suggestion? If you add a little almond as a secondary ingredient would be great. What do you think? It would enhance the aroma and texture a good deal! Don’t mind me babbling so much!

Protien snack bar
Looked as described but hard to chew. Maybe making it into smaller bites as I cut it up. I thought dates would leave a sweet taste but it has an unexpected bitter taste. It does stop a mid-afternoon craving.

Super Dupper
Outside of the fact that the mail service crushed the box and left it outside in 3 digit weather, I am very pleased with the EveryDat Delight bars. It has helped me not eat other sweets that have so much sugar. It’s my after dinner treat. I’m really enjoying these bars.

Every Day Delights
I am taking this product less than a month. I eat one everyday. I like that it is a healthy, tasty, bite sized snack that fills you up and satisfies my chocolate craving as it has a rich chocolate flavor.
