Foundation Workout Chapter 2

The DVDs and individual workouts contained in Chapter 2 are wonderful! The workouts provide excellent cardio and strength training!

This is a very good program, some of the balance exercises are very challenging which means I need them. I also want to add you do not get bored with so many different exercises.

exercising with Grow Young Fitness and Deron

Over the past few months I have purchased 7 Grow Young Fitness dvds and absolutely ❤ every one of them. I am 73 and have had to always force myself to exercise. Now, I really lookforward to my sessions with Deron. He is so motivating (and cute!) and I physically feel so much stronger. I have encouraged all of my friends to check out the GrowYoung Fitness program.

I have only had a chance to do the first 3 workouts on the Foundation DVD-Chapter 2 and have found a couple of pros and cons. Cons:There is not enough time between exercises. I hardly have time to pick up my dumb bells before the next exercise is already started or reposition my chair or stand up behind it. I suppose that as I do them for a longer period of time I will anticipate what is coming and be better prepared. Pros: I really like the new variety of exercises which are more challenging, more work with the dumb bells, and more core exercises. But what I’d really like to see is a DVD that would possible have hour long workout sessions that includes more core and balance with the foundation all in one DVD. It gets really confusing have to switch to 2 or 3 DVD to get everything and plus keeping track of which workout you have done on each tape and then the # of core and balance workouts don’t coincide with the number of Foundations workouts. Need a nice all in one package.

He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
