I have been using chapter1 of Foundation, Core and Cardio for 6 months and I love them. I Decided that I was ready to push myself a little more so I purchased chapter 2 of all 3. Daron didn't disappoint. These routines are faster, with new ones added to the old and I can feel my body getting better and better. I bless the day when I discovered Daron!! I do these everyday and now I will switch between them all, depending how I feel that day. These DVD's have changed my life. I started wishing 212 and now am 165 and still loosing. My goal is 145 and with Daron's DVD's I know I will finally make it. By the way I am 67.
Im speaking for my all group here ...after finishing the introduction tape we went into the 1st foundation and alternated thru each program for several months....today we started Chapter 2...its going to be a challenge....a little more involved...but have decided to do each program several weeks with our Sun/Tue/ Fri sessions....we have our work cut out for us... .we really enjoy Deron's enthusiasm...
I purchased the foundation DVD for my Mom. I have enjoyed being a Founders Club Member and my Mom does not do computers so I figured she would enjoy the DVDs. I also purchased the starter DVD for her and she has enjoyed and requested more. Thanks for offering the DVDs for those that don't like computers.

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
