I am working on the Ch 2. Not losing much weight but am loosing inches. 2 points I would make. 1. I was getting very tired and began to realize i was not breathing well. So now I would like to have instructions about breathing. 2. The cool down time is short. So I continue while you do the relaxing part. Could you make the cool down stretches' longer time with each position.
