Way Harder than Chapter One!
I missed two days of doing the Chapter Two workouts, but I kept moving with springtime yardwork. But then getting back to Chapter Two Disc 1, disappointed in myself that I couldn't finish a workout. So have a quest now to start over on Chapter One, one workout a day and not stop until all of the workouts in both chapters. Was working out in the afternoon, but now doing the exercises in the morning, and surely before coffee.
