      Chair Yoga

      Love it! My sister- in- law who hates to exercise and never has, but truthfully, I was afraid if she didn't start doing something she would be in a wheelchair within a year. Now she is doing the DVD with me everyday. I am so proud of her and so happy with the program.

      Great chair yoga routines

      We are really enjoying these routines and they are part of our exercises we do using the other DVDs. They are great stretching, breathing, helps flexibility. They are fun to do, never too difficult. Deron always is mindful of making sure you are aware to do what you can since none of them should cause you pain. Don't overdo it. Keep practicing and keep moving. I can't say enough good things about all the routines that have been made available to us.

      Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
