      Strength DVD is a workout.

      This is a real work out. I am so tired just after one set. I love Grow Young Fitness. I tell my friends and family that they don't have to go to the gym anymore. Stay home; relax; work out! Just a side note: that these exercises helped improve my DEXA scan results. I worked hard and I had improvement in my lumbar spine. This works!

      Strength videos

      I hate using weights but I know I need to do strength exercises. These videos are doable and I can already feel a difference in muscle tone.

      Strength CD

      It has been great. Because of hip and knee surgeries it is extremely difficult to get up off the floor. This CD is awesome in that you are either sitting or standing. It is easy to do but you definitely get a workout. I have been using it for 3 weeks (average 4 times a week) and I am seeing results in my muscles. I can now lift my arms higher and my legs higher. My core is also better which makes my balance much better. When I first started I couldn't remember when to breath in and out. I wish he would he would have told us more when to do this but I think I now have when to do that. When I start my day with this CD my whole day is better and I feel more energized. I would recommend this to anyone. I am thinking about buying the weight loss disks.

      Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
