      Great,I’m alternating between cardio weight loss and strength training using wrist weights in addition to the dumbbells on the strength training.We have recommended your system to many people.

      I found this DVD to be very helpful with building muscle and strength. I’m considered elderly and found it to be paced appropriately. The more I used it, the easier it became. I started with 5 lbs and should have started with 3 lbs. and work up which I did. I plan to purchase the Core DVD. I’m very happy with the results thus far! Corinne
