My husband and I are at different exercise levels, but this works well for both of us. It certainly loosens up my lower back, gives my hip flexors a stretch and a nice workout. I use this between heavier workouts, and it does get my heart rate up. I would recommend this - the balance and strengthening parts are great beginner moves.
