Instructions: Workout 3-6 times a week. Do 1-2 workouts each time you exercise. Once you complete all workouts, repeat for continued results! (best paired with the Foundation DVD workouts.)
I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this dvd. I have a knee that has no cartilage left in it, so I often call it my “wonky, trick knee” because there have been times that I thought it was going to go out on me during shopping trips. This has been a great product for me because my knee is doing much better already because the muscles surrounding it are being strengthened.

I have only used about 10 days, but I can already tell the strength is better in my knees. I love that the routines are only about an additional 15 minutes added to my other routines and yet is still very beneficial to my overall knee strength. Love doing the routines.

These exercises for my knees are great. They challenge you but are not so difficult I can't do them. I like the mix of different ones for different days so the routine doesn't get stale. Deron is a very engaging instructor. Thank you, and "keep it movin'!"

I have found the Knee Therapy very helpful to help my knee pain. I was afraid I would need physical therapy but after the knee therapy exercises, the pain is gone.
