      Just started Disc 2....I am very happy with Grown Young Fitness DVD's and find that I am really looking forward to the next workouts! This would be a great Holiday gift for your special Senior!

      Have enjoyed working with this DVD. Have even gotten my husband to do it with me. We had been going to the gym everyday before the pandemic. Find I enjoy this experience better.

      Best DVD's for seniors

      These DVDs are great. I do a foundation exercise in the morning 6 days a week and a cardio a few times a week in the evening. I enjoy doing them and I definitely feel better.

      Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
