      Great work out for Seniors

      I have many CD's for seniors tai chi, exercise, you name it and by far your the most caring helpful person on a DVD I have 3 DVD of yours so far, I was wondering if by chance you will make 1 hour long as most of us might not do 30 minutes daily, thank you for what your doing for the senior community, Deborah

      Great I have all of Deron's dvd's I haven't done the Strength dvd. I'm doing the Chair Yoga DVD now I will be doing #3 today!!! I gave this 5 's hope it shows having problems with my phone!!! I love these dvd's!!!

      It was great. your instructions were very easy to follow. I am 86 years young & exercise keeps me going. Very very good DVD. Thanks for making it. Keep on moving! My saying is "If you don't use it you lose it." Love it NORMA SEALS
