Love Them All
I now have 3 sets of DVD's. I normally walk a couple of miles every day and do PT exercises for my hip but walking is out right now because it's too cold (I'm 66). So I decided to try these and they are fantastic! I'll do several sessions at a time with a few minutes in between. I'm small and fairly flexible but still I have never been sore, not once. I look forward to exercising to these and the enthusiasm is great! I also just got over the flu and the hydration product was a great product to have. It really helped. Keep it up and "movin".
