      chair excercises I can do

      Deron is a very good teacher. He tells you what the excercise does for your body and gives a lot of encouragement. And the routines are great. I had trouble viewing the dvd and the support team was very nice and knowledgeable helping me with my problem.

      Well suited for seniors

      Love this exercise! I've been looking for exercise to reduce my belly fat, tone my belly muscles and strengthen my core without hurting my back and this one seems to be the answer. No getting down on the floor so no need to struggle to get up. I pair this with the foundation exercises and just love it! I look forward to a slimmer belly in a month or two!

      Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
