Seniors “Keeping it Moving”
We are a group of seniors that meet at our Community Christian Center three times a week. We have about twelve of us that do Yoga on Mondays, Foundation on Wednesdays and Cardio on Fridays. We add Core to each day to make an hour workout. Everyone believes their days are better because they are able to Keep Moving.

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
