      I am only on the 2nd disc of the Cardio Workout and have already lost a few pounds.

      Another very helpful DVD, steps up my heart rate quite well.

      Finding this 4th DVD purchase just as good as the Starter, Core and Foundation. I have learned how ro modify the workouts so that I can still get my heart rate up while seated all the time. Appreciate the reminders to sit up straight and drinking lots of water. Have recommended to many friends.

      Starter Pack/Cardio Weight Loss 1

      These exercises are not too difficult and they are body friendly! Pants are a little looser and body a little tighter. Breathing is easier as is bending over to tie sneakers.
