      Growing Younger

      I love these videos. I am an active 70 year old but by using these videos, I feel even younger. It gives me more energy and they are fun to workout with. Just enough to "keep you movin'" :)

      Great!

      Just right for me! Having had a hip replacement with great results and knee replacement with remaining limited range of motion, these exercises are perfect for me. I can feel myself getting stronger as the workouts keep getting easier. Definitely recommend.
