Cardio Weight Loss DVD
This is the third DVD I have purchased. The first two being the Starter and Foundation. These were getting less challenging, so decided on the Cardio. I absolutely love this set as it offers more floor, weight and aerobic routines. I do a different one every day and feel much more invigorated and flexible throughout the day. So, Let's get Moving! Weight Loss Chapter One
I love that this is doable. That makes me want to exercise. In these days of Coronavirus, it has become increasingly important for my mind as well as my body to move. I’m really enjoying exercise for the first time in a long time.

We love this CD. My husband is 73 and I am 72. We have done cd1 and will start #2 Monday. We are staying at home with this coronavirus going around. It gives us excersise inside instead of walking outside. Love the instructor. He is great. I'm so glad we bought it.

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
