      Such a treat for seniors and others who want to keep movin´!!!!

      We love these dvd´s. It is something my husband and I do together. We love Derron´s enthusiasm and care for those he is teaching. These instructions are making a difference in our lives for the better. Easy to understand and he is calm and I don´t pay any attention to the fact he could be my grandson! He is almost ageless on screen as he guides us to better health.

      Once I got the dvd machine working I think the exercises will be great for my balance & both knees have osteo arthritis but too old for surgery So hoping theses exercises will help relieve the pain & balance issuesThanks
