I have never enjoyed exercise other than walking outside. Due to CoVid19 and summer heat I have been stuck inside more days than not, so I took a leap of faith and ordered the starter DVD. WHAT A TREAT!!! I have now ordered all the rest of the DVDs. The rhythm/pace is perfect for seniors . Whereas most DVDS are either appropriate for younger people or ridiculously slow, the pace of these is perfect. Deron is enthusiastic, easy to follow, and does just the right amount of encouraging. I have never written a review before, but just HAD to praise Grow Young Shop DVDs. They are a great asset on the journey to better physical health.
Great! An easy to follow video that was at a perfect pace. I usually can't keep up with other workouts l have tried. Just right for seniors. I would recommend it to anyone. Would also be perfect for groups.
