Instructions: Workout 2-6 times a week. Do 1-2 workouts each time you exercise. Once you complete all workouts, repeat for continued results! (best paired with the Cardio Weight Loss workouts.)
I am enjoying it, thank you. I specifically wanted it for days I can’t walk outside also winter coming and not being able to get out. I also have your knee DVD use that after I walk outside and now after I use your walking DVD..

Grow young fitness' s walking dvd is a challenge while also making your daily walk a breeze. I have to admit I started with the cardio- weightloss dvds and when i started the walking dvd i was disappointed in Derons walking environment, the other dvds felt more homely. His smile and gracious personality quickly made me get over it. I keep my environment lovely and comfortable to walk in. It's easy to follow and as long as you remember to move your upper body to(as Deron reminds you to throughout the workout) it's a quick challenging step building whole body workout! I love it even more after I've had my breakfast replacement protein shake! Be patient with yourself and soon you'll find your flexibility, coordination and stamina grow! The only reason it did not get 5 stars was the environment but I love to walk everyday with it! I love that he talks and walks and walks the talks! It is very inspiring! I am a junior senior. I am only 43 with a bunch of health challenges. I feel like I am helping myself every day and love the way I feel when I do these routines. Still building to the hardest workouts but having fun along the way and noticing results!

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
