- Arms - Strength Workout 7 (23:35 min)
- Legs - Strength Workout 8 (23:28 min)
- Legs - Strength Workout 9 (24:32 min)
- Arms - Strength Workout 10 (19:52 min)
- Legs & Core - Strength Workout 11 (23:13 min)
- Full Body - Strength Workout 12 (24:49 min)
Instructions: Workout 3-6 times a week. Do 1-2 workouts each time you exercise. Once you complete all workouts, repeat for continued results. (best paired with the Weight Loss DVD)
Definitely different from Chapter 1 but in a good way. Because of muscle burn, I had to alternate arms on some of them when Deron worked both arms. Overall, a great DVD to increase your strength capacity.

I have noticed I am improving over all strength, balance, flow in motion since using Strength DVD chapter 2. Important to me is falling less! I work with large animals and i am safer in all that we do because I am stronger! Hop on in and get stronger with me!

I’m sorry I’m not any help this time. I hurt my back, unrelated to the exercises, and haven’t been able to do any. I really miss it and am going to be able to get back to it in about a week.
