I like it, it has more extensive exercises, but still senior friendly.

I use the CORE DVD two or 3 times a week. Mostly I follow the cardio 2ed Chapter 5 or 6 days The DVD is very good. I do the warm up and cool down exercisers frequently. each cool down, I extend the time and exercises to double what is suggested on the DVD. As you know I have many of your products. I use some more than others and generally like them all. Georgette

It is great. I have used Core Chapter one for a while and decided to get Chapter two. I also have cardio one and two. Plus walking. All are very beneficial. I have lost 4 or 5 inches off my waist in about 6 months and 20 lbs. I also diet and inner change the exercises. I would recommend Deron’s cds for all. I’m 81 years young.
