Keep Building Knee Strength.

Knee Therapy Chapter Two helps you continue strengthening the muscles surrounding your knees while improving mobility, stability, and confidence with everyday movement.

1

Begin With Knee Routine 6

Start with Routine 6 and continue through all five workouts in order. Each routine builds upon the movements and strength developed in Chapter One.

2

Move Slowly And Comfortably

Focus on controlled movement and a comfortable range of motion. Pause, rest, or modify an exercise whenever needed so you never have to force your knee.

3

Repeat For Continued Progress

Complete 1 or 2 routines per session, 3 to 6 times each week. After finishing Knee Routine 10, return to Routine 6 and begin again.

Consistent, controlled movement is more important than speed. Use a smaller range of motion whenever needed and allow your strength, mobility, and confidence to improve gradually over time.
