I really like this workout. It challenges me but doesn’t keep me from wanting to do it again. Just when I feel like a particular pose is enough—it is, and there is a switch to the next one. I can tell that it’s strengthening my muscle groups.

It is wonderful,this is my 3rd program.I have the Starter Pac and the Core Routine as well. I'm a bit overweight but mostly I use it for my back. I fractured T11 and T12 several years ago and this is the most relief I have had since. So Thank You!

excellent movements, just about the time you get pooped to the max standing, it's time to sit, which is good. not keen on the weeny bands that i bought from you. too thin and could be wider. have to always use the hard one, but still it's too narrow. love the progressions. am 'into' it.
