It is easy and fun to follow. I haven't been my usual active self since March 2020 when my state started a mandatory stay at home 3 month order. This just what I need to ease back in and feel a sense of accomplishment .I will probably in a another month come back for another video. I do 1-2 workouts 4 times a week. Thanks for making a work out video for our age group.
