I love the Chair Yoga DVD. I alternate the Yoga with the Foundation and Cardio exercises. I really enjoy doing the exercises.

My husband and I like the DVD but find it a bit intense for us at times, we have to stop here and there to rest. It would be perfect if he slowed down a bit. We are in our early 70’s and have been doing yoga for 2 years prior.

I really like this workout. It challenges me but doesn’t keep me from wanting to do it again. Just when I feel like a particular pose is enough—it is, and there is a switch to the next one. I can tell that it’s strengthening my muscle groups.
