They are very easy to follow, and are easy to do because they are not so fast you can't keep up. I'm 75 and can do them with no problem, plus I feel so much better when I'm through.
Exercise for seniors
I did the starter cd and no problem getting through it. Perfect exercises for me as a 70 year old. My question is how many times should I do the starter ir go straight to balance or core? More instruction on how often to do cd would be helpful

If you need more of a challenge, the WEIGHT LOSS DVD & STRENGTH DVD are the most challenging DVDs. This is a great group of exercises for anyone of any age, but especially for us "older" people. Am enjoying the workouts and am hoping to see results soon!
This works for me
I've been using the Core workouts and the Morning Stretches daily for a little more than a week. I find that the pacing is very good, Deron's voice is pleasant and he has a knack for knowing just when I need a little boost, even though I may know full well that my performance on a specific action was less than "excellent." The "apartment" backdrop is nice and the change in details and angles is good. And no music! Thank you for that. I used to do workout routines at a gym and the music drove me nuts! I tried the Bedtime Stretches but dropped them; I have an evening routine that has worked well for me for a long time, and doing the bedtime set seemed to pep me up and left me with a sleepless night. Morning stretches plus one workout a day, and walking outdoors for a half hour or more every day, seems to be just right.
