I am 84 years old and have arthritis. i recently purchased your DVD’s (Starter Pack and Cardio Weight Loss ) because of COVID and no longer doing water aerobics. i have thoroughly enjoyed sharing them with my friend who is also in her 80’s .... We love them and meet 5 days a week at my villa and do at least one and sometimes 2 lessons. Feeling fantastic ! It's easy to work this routine to fit your fitness level. It helps you identify your weak points and see the improvement in strength as you continue to work the sessions. I've bought the cardio, strength, core and balance CDS and can't wait to see the improvements in my overall strength.

I enjoy working out with your tapes in hand as I do them usually at unusual hours and if there are parts that I can't do at the moment then I fast forward.I like the fact that you do the exercises with us.

He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
