I couldn’t be more happy to find Grow Young with Deron! I have spent his past year of Covid looking for exercises for seniors. I just received my Chair Core DVD. I did the first workout yesterday--it was great! Deron is very clear about how and why to do each exercise. I appreciate the 'no mat' work as I cannot do mat exercises. I combine my core exercises with upper and lower body exercises, also with Deron. Awesome!

Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
