      Foundation Chapter 1 workout number 2

      Overall it was great. I've been using a few different dvd's from this program so this particular one was less "work" than I need. But I'm going to work through all of them. All of the ones I have used have been helpful: Deron is clear with his instructions and easy to follow. I wish there was one on getting to the floor (to sit) and getting up again.

      Workout with Deron

      While I was waiting for my own DVD to arrive, I actually went back to Deron's samples and worked out every other day. That actually sold me on this product. I have always been very active but I need hip replacement and it is awfully hard to walk, etc. I love exercising with Deron. The relaxing meditation at the end is a nice bonus. Before I saw this program, I was hesitant about any kind of chair exercise. I am now a believer. I can use alot of muscle groups doing this workout.

      Deron Buboltz has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist For Seniors. He also has been certified through the Arthritis Foundation of America to teach exercises specific to arthritis, mobility and pains, along with being a Weight Loss Specialist.
